In response to popular demand, Pete Thomas returns this Spring for two more installments of his proven weight loss method “Lose it Fast, Lose it Forever™.” In 8 entertaining and educational seminar-style sessions, Pete teaches everything you need to know about motivation, nutrition and exercise to develop a ‘personalized’ plan to lose 30, 60, even 100 pounds quickly and keep it off.  In 2005, Pete lost an incredible 185 pounds while a contestant on NBC’s hit reality show “The Biggest Loser.”  The most amazing part? 102 of those pounds were done AT HOME after he left the Biggest Loser ranch. Now Pete teaches participants from his personally developed permanent weight loss methods that have allowed him to maintain his massive weight loss more than three years later.
