The Slim U™ Weight Loss Seminar (formerly Lose It Fast, Lose It Forever™) is a proven weight loss program offered in-person by Pete Thomas in a seminar and lecture format in a classroom environment. This seminar is designed to teach you the steps that are necessary to transform your mind to assure not only weight loss but more importantly weight maintenance. This Seminar covers the Psychology, Nutrition and Exercise Science of permanent weight loss.
Specifically, participants will learn how to:

Slim U™ Boot Camp
This ain't your mother's aerobics class and it is not like that other boot camp where they just do the same stupid things over and over.
Taught by NBC's most successful Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels' protoge, Pete Thomas and his staff. These workouts are designed to kick your butt and knock off the pounds. Slim U™ Boot Camp includes a variety of fat-shredding cardio and strength training to get you in the best shape of your life! Whether you're working out for the first time or you want to take your workouts to the next level, Pete Thomas' Slim U Boot Camp will give you a taste of the Biggest Loser Ranch and help you get you the results you're looking for. Applicable For ALL ability levels.
Natashia lost 14% of her body weight in one 10 week Boot Camp series. At 62 years old Chris lost 37 pounds and 15% of her body weight in one 10 week Boot Camp (in addition to eliminating 2 blood pressure medications and reducing her insulin medication by half!)

Based on Pete Thomas' A-B-C method the boot camps are designed for those who have signed up for the entire series to get the maximum fitness and weight loss benefit. Bootcamp is 3 days per week, Tuesday 6 - 8pm (approx), Thursday 6 - 8pm (approx) and Saturday 8 - 10am (approx)

But remember - there is a design to what we do so here is a hint as to what you should bring...
WHAT TO BRING
Every Session
Bring a mat, towel, lots of water, a commitment to stay the entire workout and an attitude to support your teammates.
Tuesdays
Dumbbells or exercise bands of sufficient weight to work your shoulders and chest
Thursdays
Dumbbells or thicker bands to work your lower back
Saturdays
Dumbbells
Extra Info
You will get stronger over the course of the bootcamp. You should own about 3 pairs of dumbbells. Women should bring a pair of 10's, 15's and 25 lb dumbbells and men should bring a pair of 15's, 20's and 30 lb dumbbells.

In addition, at the first session, we will discuss the importance of having a good pair of shoes and a heart rate monitor and provide coupons for them.
